The magazine sale in the Fall was a huge success! PTM thanks the many volunteers who contributed their time and effort to one of our major fundraising events. Profits from this sale will help to fund many enrichment programs and benefits for our students, including the student directory, cultural events, sports programs, the yearbook, and commencement, among others.

Let’s put the “PLAY” back in playground!

A lack of appropriate recess activities can contribute to bullying behavior. We want our students to be busy and happy during recess. Opportunities for group games develop social skills and gross motor skills, and promote cardio-vascular health. The Increase the Peace Committee is a group of teachers, parents and administrators working together on Meadows’ Anti-Bullying Program. The committee is sponsoring a games/playground equipment drive. We will gratefully accept your contributions of new and gently used playground equipment (basketballs, footballs, 4-square balls, etc.) and board games to be used during recess here at Meadows. We are also collecting money to buy additional playground equipment such as tetherballs and parallel bars. Make your checks payable to Meadows PTM with “playground equipment” written in the memo portion.

The annual dinner and auction in the Spring was also an outstanding fund-raiser for the school to sustain so many of its programs. PTM is very grateful for the overwhelming support offered by the Meadows community.

The annual Winter Holiday party for the volunteers and the teachers continues to build the teamwork between the families and the school which benefits the students'sense of the overwhelming goal to give them the best education available. No child is ever left behind at Madison Meadows School.
